Marie is a seasoned innovation leader, with a background in marketing and digital, who has had firsthand experience with the limitations of many innovation consultancy approaches, such as nonviable ideas, techno-centrism, framework overuse, and a lack of systems understanding

Our Services
Marie Cesbron is the Founder and Director of Do Well Do Good. With over 25 years of international experience, Marie has held executive leadership and advisory roles in innovation, insight/foresight, and marketing. She served as Global Innovation Director at Walgreens Boots Alliance and L’Oréal R&I, and as CMO for various L’Oréal brands. Marie has also driven social innovation, from rolling out Big Bloom’s hackathons for good in the UK to advancing the Age of No Retirement's vision of an age-neutral world by design.
Marie’s curiosity and growth mindset led her to study various fields at top institutions, earning a Master of Business and Marketing from HEC in 1996 and a Bachelor of Psychology from Université Paris Cité in 2010. She has lived and worked in Paris, New York, and London.
